Q: Are your building and renovation works insured?
A: All of our works are covered by an active home warranty insurance policy. We will provide our clients with a copy of the certificate of insurance, confirming that the proposed works are covered. This is mandatory for all licenced builders to obtain before commencing on residential projects that total over $20,000.
Q: Are you licenced?
A: Our Director, Antonio Sarkis is a licenced builder in NSW. He is also a certified bricklayer, and waterproofer. Q: What’s the difference between your building company and other large scale building companies?
Versatile Building is a private building service. We provide our clients with the benefit of bespoke builds and renovations rather than a generic build. More so, you will notice that no single project is the same, demonstrating our commitment to accomodating for the unique needs of our clients. We also provide you with the opportunity to work directly with our builder throughout all stages of your project/s. We also provide all our clients with opportunities to enhance the exterior of their properties through supply and installation of Australian sandstone – our added area of specialty.
